Funding Sources

CLOUT’s funding comes from three sources: membership dues, an annual Investment Drive (leaders collecting investments from individuals and local corporate CEOs), and grants (various denominational & foundation grants). CLOUT does not accept government funding.

Our 2018 Investment Drive resulted in investments totaling over $118,000 which CLOUT leaders raised from 18 local corporations and 252 individuals.

CLOUT received grants over the past year from the following sources: Ben & Jerry's Foundation, Catholic Campaign for Human Development, Communities for Just Schools Fund, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.
